Successful candidate will be planning, executing & drive OCBC Premier Banking related initiatives and projects. Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute OCBC Premier Banking related initiatives and projects 2. Drive product penetration and cross divisional collaboration to increase AUM 3. Deepen client engagement for client retention 4. Develop and enhance segment-led propositions 5. Keep abreast of market landscape insights and analytics to ensure business stays relevant 6. Implement new capabilities and improvise internal process Qualifications Job Requirements: 1. Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field 2. Proficiency in English 3. Familiarity with products and services for HNW and affluent segments 4. Strong analytical skills and business acumen 5. Creative with ability to think outside the box to find solutions to overcome challenges 6. An eye for analytics, with the ability to extract insights from data and then present them with clear conclusions 7. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office word, excel & power point 8. Self-motivated and resourceful
