Monitor digital sales funnel for opportunities to increase conversion through experience optimization or sales process. Implement and measure campaigns to maximize channel performance across acquisition and cross-sell. Partner with the marketing and product teams to engineer a communication framework relevant and impactful to the customer. Reporting and analyzing of campaign investments to drive uplift in digital sales. Develop, execute, and optimize digital efforts & campaign together with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and sales volume. Leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve digital sales performance and volume. Support and contribute to the enhancement of customer-centric digital sales experience through all digital platforms for cards and loans. Constantly identify opportunities to implement digital marketing strategies to drive digital sales performance. Preparation of reports and deck in timely manners to the management Qualifications Job Qualifications Min 8 years of working experience in marketing Have relevant technical skills in Google Analytics, SEO and SEM optimization. Able to work independently and demonstrate strong teamwork. Results oriented, displays consistent performance and able to work under pressure. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
