Assist in farm operations to ensure high quality and constant availability.
Perform produces quality control.
Assist in creating favourable environments to enhance maximum productivity.
Assist in pest and disease control.
Perform and maintain general maintenance and hygiene of the farm.
Assist in other farm-related jobs and farm operation processes.
Maintain optimal growth conditions for plants.
Other ad hoc tasks related to the job.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Kindly take note that this is an entry level position.
Has knowledge on crop production and plant growth.
Has good communication skills.
Has good observational skills.
Self-driven, responsible, show tenacity and inventiveness in work, team player, attention to details, possess problem-solving skills, passion for agriculture
Willingly to work outdoor
Has good multitasking skills.
