Job description COMPANY PROFILE Solar Towers Sdn Bhd is a broiler farm company. All our broiler are raised in large closed house and are designed with proper ventilation, system and temperature control, providing a health and comfortable environment for the broiler to grow. We also comply with the Malaysia Good Agricultural Practices (MyGAP) by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Malaysia and implement a strict Bio-Security according to MyGAP guidelines to prevent diseases in the farm. Solar Towers Sdn Bhd have a consistent production and currently we are planning to growing our company and increasing the number of production. As part of our expansion plans we a seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team. RESPONSIBILITY 1. Follow and ensure practices of Good Broiler Farming Management and the enforcement of all SOPs to grow healthy broiler, prevent disease transmission and minimizing feed wastage in order to generate profitability. 2. Ensure details veterinary product used are properly documented for traceability and accountable for any cases of positive drug residue in meat. 3. Ensure regular & accurate inventory update on all assets, stock movement and the accountability of the precise relationship between physical and recorded stocks. 4. Work closely with the management to ensure compliance with all government laws and regulations (MyGAP certificate, Business Licenses, Wastewater Management, Flies Control, etc). 5. Comply with OSHA and 5S to measure result, correct and guide employees in the importance of workplace organization safety and cleanliness. 6. Abide with SOP, bio-security and company policy and regulations. 7. Work closely with veterinarians and flock health team on vaccination, flock health program, bio-security and treatment of broiler on DOC quality and broiler quality. 8. Confirm to SOP and best practices to achieve targeted KPI. Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Animal Science, Husbandry Science, Agriculture, Veterinary and equivalents.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in poultry field and the related field required for this position.
3. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
4. Able to work independently under minimum supervision and good team player.
5. Able to take initiative, responsibility, well leadership and resilient to work pressure.
6. Computer literate and familiar with related software.
7. Willing to relocate, stay at farm and flexible to work when needed.
8. Able to read and write in English.
9. Hardworking, discipline and willing to work extra hours.
