About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Solar Towers Sdn Bhd as a Farm Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible to reporting to the Farm Supervisor for the day-to-day management and operations of our farm located in Bentong, Pahang. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and sustainable running of the farm to support the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the production of 300,000 broiler chickens per cycle and ensure operations align with company targets and myGAP requirements. Set clear team goals, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet deadlines. Foster an inspiring and collaborative team culture while ensuring adherence to SOPs and biosecurity requirements. Conduct daily farm inspections to maintain compliance with veterinary standards and biosecurity protocols. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in farm operations to meet and exceed company objectives. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and achieve operational targets. Implement and uphold all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies across farm activities. Provide solutions to meet clients' requirements and offer hands-on support to ensure satisfaction. Develop and execute plans for any assigned tasks to achieve farm and company goals.

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a farm management or agricultural leadership role Strong technical expertise in sustainable and efficient farming practices, including crop cultivation and livestock management Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team Familiarity with agricultural data analysis and the use of technology in farm management A Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, or related fields. Fresh graduates and graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and motivate a team. Knowledge of poultry farming operations and biosecurity practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration. High motivation and adaptability to the dynamic demands of broiler farm management. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science/ Animal Husbandry or related fields.
