Job Description

- General Farm operation / duties - Responsible for the overall farm operations, systems, staff development, data management and efficiency, manpower and development to staff - Lead the manpower planning at the farm to maintain efficient productivity, efficiency and utilization. - To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time - Must have driving license - Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written - Able to work independently, self-motivated and well organized - Work with minimum supervision
