1.1 To ensure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers
1.2 To collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
1.3 To keep maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
1.4 To resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
1.5 To oversee general administrative and operational duties including invoicing, stock delivery, purchasing of raw materials and supplies and staffing.
1.6 Assist in project related works such as coordination works with clients, contractors and suppliers and preparation of project documents.
1.7 Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
1.8 Oversees and ensures all book keeping and accounting records are correctly updated into accounting system and documented.
1.9 Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
1.10 Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
1.11 Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
1.12 Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned and involve to company of SCS GROUP
