2.1 To oversee general administrative and operational duties including quotation, invoicing, stock delivery, purchasing of stationeries, supplies and staffing.
2.2 Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
2.3 Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
2.4 Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
2.5 Ensures that all documents are properly filed and keeps records for petty cash, staff personal details, office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
2.6 Collaborate with marketing team and management to implement effective creative in support of sales engagement activities.
2.7 Create, layout and revise deliverables using established style guides,templates and branding guidelines.
2.8 Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
2.9 Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned and involve to company of SCS GROUP.
