1. To assist in overseeing general administrative and operational duties including sourcing, quotation, invoicing, stock delivery, purchasing of raw materials, stock inventory report, updating & monitoring of supplies. This also includes monitoring of daily operations starting from logistics arrangement to manpower allocation.
2. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, budgeting and personnel requirements; implementing changes as and when required.
3. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
4. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
5 . Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) including documenting processes.
6. Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
7. Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned under SCS Group of companies
