Research and analyze

, fabrics, colors, and consumer preferences to inspire new collections. Develop seasonal design concepts that align with the brand's direction and target audience. Create

sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards

to communicate design ideas. Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories for sample development. Work closely with the

merchandising and product development teams

to ensure design feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely sample completion. Review and approve samples, making adjustments to fit, fabric, or detailing when necessary. Collaborate with

marketing and retail teams

to ensure product consistency with brand image and visual presentation. Monitor design performance and gather customer feedback to improve future collections. Stay updated with fashion trends, competitor activities, and emerging materials or technologies.
Job Requirement:

Minimum diploma in design/art or any related field. Fresh graduate is welcome, with experience in fashion industry will be advantageous Competent in - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect & Adobe Dimension Strong creative vision with an understanding of market and customer needs. Strong passion in streetwear and ready-to-wear apparel
