Key Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop new shoe and handbag collections that align with the brand\'s aesthetic and target markets
Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
Conduct market research to identify current fashion trends and customer preferences
Preparing new concepts and working drawings for products
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to incorporate into designs.
Able to align designs to meet the demands of our target customers/market group

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in graphic/fashion design or related discipline
Minimum 3 years solid experience in Fashion/Graphic design, preferable in fashion merchandising, Accessories and Bags or similar fields
Hands on experience in design software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe and Illustrator, etc
Strong understanding of fashion and market sense
Passion for fashion and a strong sense of style
Good knowledge of design principles, materials, and manufacturing process
