Job Description

1- Design & Concept Development

-Create patterns, motifs, and color schemes for tudungs, ela kain, and other fabrics.

-Develop creative designs flexible for multiple clients and market preferences.

2-Artwork & Technical Preparation

-Prepare sample designs / digital artwork for client approval.

-Produce technical specifications / design files according to factory standards.

3-Collaboration with Production

-Work closely with production team to ensure designs are print-ready and maintain quality.

-Coordinate with production to ensure client orders are completed on schedule.

-Maintain clear communication with production regarding timelines, priorities, and client requirements.

4-Documentation & Order Management

-Prepare and maintain order sheets, sample sheets, and delivery order sheets.

-Track sample approvals, client feedback, and production status.

-Ensure proper documentation for smooth workflow and accurate client deliveries.

5-Trend Research & Innovation

-Monitor textile and fashion trends to create appealing designs for diverse clients.

-Suggest color, texture, and motif combinations suitable for client collections.

6-Quality & Practicality

-Ensure designs are practical for printing, cost-effective, and durable.

-Revise designs based on client or production feedback to meet expectations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design or related field (experience can substitute). Skilled in design software (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop) Creative, trend-aware, and able to adapt designs for clients & market needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work with production & clients. Detail-oriented, practical, and able to revise designs based on feedback.

Advantage:

Knowledge of fabric printing methods and preparing production-ready files.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
