ARA Experience is a bridal fashion tech startup whose has locations in both Australia and Malaysia. Our goal is to provide modern brides with A Refreshing Alternative to traditional wedding dresses. Through our interactive eCommerce platform, we focus on providing brides with their dream dress at an affordable price. Using our ARA Modular technology, we create a unique and personalized experience for each bride by accurately communicating the fit and style of the dress on a realistic version of their body. Our retail experience eliminates the stress that comes with other bridal dress shopping alternatives.

Role Overview

We're looking for a fashion-loving, detail-oriented intern to join our Operations Team - the people who make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for fashion students who want to understand how real production works, from fabric sourcing to final gown delivery. You'll work closely with our production leaders and patternmakers, and see how a designer's idea becomes a finished dress.

What You'll Do

Support daily production operations and help keep workflows on schedule. Print and organize patterns to prepare for cutting and sewing. Edit and clean client progress photos (light image editing - we'll train you). Conduct quality checks (QC) on fabrics, trims, and completed dresses. Pack and document deliveries for our Australian studio. Learn how to manage inventory and materials in a professional workroom.
