What you'll be doing
Host live stream sessions to showcase and promote our products to targeted audiences
Engage with viewers in real-time to understand their needs and preferences
Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and scripts for live streams
Analyse viewership data and sales metrics to continuously improve live stream performance
Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or concerns from viewers
What we're looking for
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage audiences
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a live streaming or e-commerce environment
Familiarity with popular live streaming platforms and experience in content creation
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize live stream performance
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively
Adaptability and the ability to think on your feet to handle any unexpected situations during live streams
