Requirements
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience within the fashion industry (required).
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful fashion marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the fashion market, trends, and target consumer behavior.
- Exceptional visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
- Expertise in social media platforms (organic & paid), email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with PR, influencer marketing, and event coordination (highly desirable).
- A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated, seasonal marketing plans across digital, social, email, PR, and events.
- Own the brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Lead our social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), creating engaging content and fostering community.
- Manage influencer partnerships, PR outreach, and media relations to amplify brand awareness.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, driving engagement and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with design, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities.
