Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the creation of social media content (IG & TikTok) that aligns with the brand direction and outlook. Responsible for the copywriting of the all social media content. Constantly updated with the latest social media trends and able to integrate new trends into the brand's content. Besides planning of all social media content, also responsible for analysing the content performance and outreach. After analysing content performance, able to react and create actionable plans to improve and increase social media engagement. Responsible for coordinating with the marketing team and managing timeline. Responsible for PR related events and coordinating the people involved.

Requirements:

Candidate MUST possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or any relevant course. Excellent English copywriting skills, good in grammar. Must have AT LEAST 2 YEARS experience in related fashion industry. Must have an eye for social media trend, proficient with monitoring tools and insights. Understands what the brand needs. Must be analytical, able to break down content performance results and react accordingly. Must be able to multitask and is a team player. Must have experience in content management / social media management. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and result-oriented. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva. Able to record and edit videos, proficient in Capcut or other video editing software. Resourceful especially in sourcing and procuring talents and anything needed for content creation. Has own transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
