Requirements

• Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
• Excellent Excel skills, especially formula.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of Live revenue by the company's strategic objectives.
• Train and assess the hosts to improve the live tempo.
• Manage the process of the Tiktok, writing live broadcast scripts, confirm discounts with Brand team,writing product selling points, flash salexefxbcx8cgiveaways, etc..
• By the annual operational objectives and budget, be responsible for building the Live revenue growth strategy and key benefits, designing the monthly ops plan, product promotions, and campaign activities to effectively improve each host's live revenue.
• Review the live broadcast of Tiktok, sum up experience, optimize the ops planxefxbcx8ccomplete relevant implementation periodically.
