Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Daily :

Supervise and manage FATP production line(s), conduct daily start-up meetings (safety, quality, delivery goals). Ensure adherence to work instruction, process control, and quality standards Troubleshoot minor issues with assembly test equipment and escalate major problems Ensure workstations are properly staffed and balanced. Monitor and address operator absenteeism and performance. Ensure discipline, 5S and safety compliance on the line. Coordinated with quality, maintenance, and material handling teams

Weekly :

Review and analyze production efficiency, defect rates, and rework. Implement corrective actions for line issues (e.g. yield drop, downtime). Train and cross train operator as per training plans Participate in daily production and planning meetings

Monthly :

Review monthly KPIs with management (output, yield, OEE, etc.). Recommend manpower planning and improvement projects Prepare shift performance reports Assist in monthly inventory cycle count

Ad-hoc Responsibilities :

Support internal & external audits Participate in improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, 6S, etc.). Address urgent production issue during crisis mode (machine down, material shortage). Coordinate with other departments for escalations (engineering, HR, Planning)

Qualifications :

SPM / STPM / Diploma or Technical Certificate Experience minimum 1-3 years in Assembly or Production Prior experience in leadership or team lead role is preferred

Fluent in Mandarin and Malay

, with the ability to liaise with Taiwan and China expatriates and coordinate effectively with local team members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
