Able to explain in detail Food & Beverage menu
Maintains complete knowledge of the features, services, rates and promotions at the restaurant and at the hotel
Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues
Maintains per level of equipment and supplies
Filling in for absent staff as needed
Promptly respond to guest with any additional request
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering
