Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily operation such as setting up and clearing tables. Take order and serve customers accurately. Greet and thank customers. Respond to questions, feedbacks, and complaints from customers. Escalate any problems or complaints to supervisor or manager. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude. Comply with all health and food safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Friendly, reliable, and punctual. Strong communication skills. Good interpersonal skill. Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous cashier experience is a plus.
