Job Description

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to hotel guests by taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, including buffet counters, tables, and service stations, in line with hotel standards. Accurately process guest payments using the POS system and assist with daily opening, closing, and shift handover duties. Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards while working closely with the kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

Relevant certification in a related field. Relevant experience in similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Applicants must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.
