We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
Prepare and present bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
Assist in daily setup, restocking, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
Assist in special events and catering services as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Malay is an advantage
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques
Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and bill calculations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Neat and professional appearance
