Tanggungjawab

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon their arrival.
• Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to maintain an organized and efficient dining area.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, taking into consideration guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food service.
• Supervise and train the waitstaff to ensure they provide attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
• Address guest concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, well-maintained, and appropriately set up.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and management, to maintain a seamless overall restaurant operation.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and appearance among staff members.
• Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service.
