Job Responsibility Assist F&B entrepreneurs improve their operations, increase profit rate, and achieve their business goals Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client\'s F&B business, including their menu, operations, finances, customer service etc Assist clients in developing and refining their business plans, setting clear objectives by defining multiple strategies such as helping with menu development, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Provide guidance on financial management, budgeting, and cost control. Assist clients in analyzing their financial statements, setting realistic financial goals, and creating strategies to attain or reach a state of profitability. Evaluate and optimize restaurant operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Include streamlining workflows, improving inventory management, and implementing efficient kitchen practices. Advise on marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Distribution of company information efficiently and upselling of company training / consultation services to client efficiently. Job Requirements Good command in Mandarin. 5-10 years of experience in a senior management position in the F&B industry. Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting. Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce. Understanding of financial and personnel management. Experience with corporate governance. Proven negotiation skills. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate. Job Benifits Training Provided
