Candidate must possess minimum qualification of SPM/STPM or equivalent level;
Proven experience working in the hospitality industry will be advantageous (welcome fresh graduates with Culinary or Hotel Management background to apply);
Flexible and willing to work different schedule;

Responsibility
Greeting customers while offering excellent customer service, taking and presenting food orders, input orders into POS system, receiving payment, operating the cash register;
To handle opening and closing procedures of the outlet and assist in managing inventory control;
Provide excellent customer services to ensure satisfaction and resolve any customer complaint;
Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items, daily promotion as well as restaurant information;
Monitoring food quality and ensure appealing plate presentation before serving;
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of dining areas;
To handle opening and closing procedures of the outlet and assist in managing inventory control;
In compliance with the outlet safety, Health and Hygiene policies and procedures.
