Responsibilities

Service Crew
  • Greeting customers as they arrive
  • Giving menus and taking orders
  • Introducing customers to our brand menu and recommend signature menu items of the restaurant
  • Serving food and drinks on time
  • To ensure tables are clean and ensure hygiene standards are kept at all times
  • To ensure service areas are well stocked with supplies such as serviette, tableware & etc.
  • To work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service provided to customers
  • To ensure smooth operation
Kitchen Crew
  • Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes
  • Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating or etc.
  • Handle, store, label and rotate all food products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations
  • Keeping work station area clean and tidy at all times. Assist on kitchen closing accordance to kitchen stations checklist
  • Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to Kitchen Head/Operation Manager
  • Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations
