Job Description

We are seeking an F&B cum Retail Executive to oversee daily food & beverage (F&B) operations and retail sales within the outlet. This role requires hands-on involvement in service, retail operations, and customer engagement, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving revenue growth and maintaining high service standards.

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daily F&B and retail operations. Provide hands-on support in service, cashiering, and retail sales. Maintain outlet cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance with standards. Monitor inventory and coordinate orders to reduce wastage/shortages. Support menu planning, promotions, and merchandising. Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and campaigns. Collaborate with kitchen, service, and retail teams for smooth operations. Train and supervise junior staff on service and product knowledge. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SOP requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). 2-3 years' experience in F&B, retail, or convenience store/cafe management. Knowledge of F&B operations, retail processes, POS systems, and inventory control. Basic financial skills (petty cash, daily sales, stock costing). Familiarity with health, safety, food hygiene, Halal, and local licensing requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Service-oriented, friendly, and able to multitask under pressure. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
