Hotel Swiss Avenue is seeking a dedicated and proactive
F&B Executive
to lead and manage our Restaurant and Banquet operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about service excellence, has strong leadership skills, and is able to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Restaurant and Banquet operations at Hotel Swiss Avenue.
Ensure smooth daily service, high-quality guest experience, and compliance with F&B standards.
Supervise and guide the service team, including scheduling, grooming, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and Sales teams for daily events, functions, and banquet setup.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure readiness of staff, setup, equipment, and cleanliness.
Handle guest feedback/complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure all F&B SOPs, hygiene, and Halal requirements are met.
Monitor inventory of equipment, beverages, and supplies; prepare ordering requests when needed.
Support F&B Manager in reporting, planning, and operational improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality / Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or banquet operations (hotel experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage fast-paced operations.
Knowledge of Halal practices and food safety is a plus.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
