Responsibilities
Working closely with the floor and kitchen crew to make sure the outlet operation smoothly.
Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.
Monitor and control business\'s operation.
Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.
Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.
Manage company hostel on inspection, maintenance, issue from management/agent, relocation.
Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and upcoming events.
