- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.
- Min SPM level of education required.
- Working closely with the floor and kitchen crew to make sure the outlet operation smoothly.
- Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.
- Monitor and control business\'s operation.
- Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.
- Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.
- Manage company hostel on inspection, maintenance, issue from management/agent, relocation.
- Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
- Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and upcoming events.
