• Responsible for cashier and daily sales
• Serve customers
• Prepare food and deliver the food/drink to customers
• Assist customers to find the goods/products they want
• Ensure high-quality customer service
• Responsible to handle customer complaints
• Responsible for replenishing the goods on the shelf to ensure neat and tidy
• Receive and count warehouse inventory
• Responsible for retail cleaning
• Understand promotions and communicate them clearly to store staff and customers
• Others ad-hoc tasks
