We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Food & Beverage Manager

to lead our restaurant, banquet, and service operations.

Job Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of restaurant, banquet, and bar. Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Plan and execute events, promotions, and functions effectively. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Monitor cost control, inventory, and profit margins. Work closely with the kitchen and sales team to achieve revenue targets. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.

Job Requirements



Minimum

3 years of experience

in F&B management (hotel background preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service, and hygiene standards. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
