Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar operational role within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin
Sound knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
