Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the daily F&B operations at all site locations, ensuring high standards in service, food quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
Coordinate with on-site teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve any operational challenges.
Work closely with chefs, outlet managers, and service teams to improve menu offerings, workflow, and service delivery.
Monitor stock levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure consistency and cost-efficiency.
Conduct site visits regularly to ensure compliance with company SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of F&B staff.
Prepare and present operational and sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably with multi-outlet or hotel experience.
Required to be proficient in Mandarin to meet business needs; knowledge of English and Malay is an added advantage.
Must have a car and be willing to travel to Cameron Highlands, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur, including overnight stays when necessary (Travelling allowance will be provided).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and adapt to different working environments.
Strong monitoring, reporting and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
