Job Description
- Storefront, kitchen, inventory management (full authority to handle all affairs of the restaurant)
- Customer service (introduce and share the latest menu with customers)
- Handle customer complaints (effectively and promptly resolve customer complaints)
- Marketing campaigns and advertising
- Account management (daily settlement of financial revenue)
- At least 1 year of working experience in catering store management is preferred
- Able to accept working hours from 5PM - 4AM
- Language requirements: Chinese is the main language, English is the second, and Malay is the second.
- Work location: Sri Petaling
- Possess good problem-solving skills
- Possess good scheduling skills
- Basic salary 4-6k
- Quarterly bonus/year-end bonus
- Inclusive of food and drink, annual leave and sick leave
