Job Description


  • Storefront, kitchen, inventory management (full authority to handle all affairs of the restaurant)
  • Customer service (introduce and share the latest menu with customers)
  • Handle customer complaints (effectively and promptly resolve customer complaints)
  • Marketing campaigns and advertising
  • Account management (daily settlement of financial revenue)
Responsibilities
  • At least 1 year of working experience in catering store management is preferred
  • Able to accept working hours from 5PM - 4AM
  • Language requirements: Chinese is the main language, English is the second, and Malay is the second.
  • Work location: Sri Petaling
  • Possess good problem-solving skills
  • Possess good scheduling skills
