- Customer Service: Maintain high service standards and handle customer feedback.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and ensure proper storage.
- Financial Management: Oversee cash handling, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Quality Control: Ensure product consistency and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, maintain records, and facilitate communication.
- Problem Resolution: Address operational issues and manage emergencies.
- Franchisee Coordination: Support franchisees and ensure brand compliance.
