ChamCham is a fast-growing F&B quick-service chain dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our stores and maintain strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations
Monitor staff performance, conduct scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and shortages.
Step in to cover shifts during emergencies or staff shortages, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Use a personal vehicle to travel between stores (valid driving license and vehicle required).
Provide regular reports to management on store performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
