Job Description
- Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Create a team to deliver excellent guest experience
- Strong problem solving skills to handle day to day operations
- Able to manage and travel between outlets (all in JB area only)
- Able to communicate well with top management / board of directors where necessary to report on sales results and productivity
