Description:
1. Costing and budget
Assist in optimizing cost and budget control without compromising service control
2. Ingredient management
Ensure quality and safety of raw materials from suppliers
3. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Oversee the SOP are compliance by staffs
Work with head chefs and kitchen operation manager for SOP and product development.
Research, develop and documentation of SOP.
4. QA/QC
Monitor and maintain workplace safe, clean, hygiene and organized
Assist in conducting quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the food preparation, production and packaging process.
5. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
