Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in the field of Culinary Arts, Food Management, Food Science, Food Management, Food Technology or other relevant courses.
Candidates with experience and knowledge of QA in Food & Beverages are preferred.
Willing to work shift & beyond the office working hours and 6 days per week
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills in English.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills are required.
A matured team player, resourceful and self-motivated with high integrity.
Independent, responsible and aggressive.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsibilities
This position need a frequent travelling from one outlet to another outlet.
Adhere to quality objectives, policies, processes, standards and ensure compliance is maintained to brand\'s standard.
To ensure upkeep and update of all records and procedures.
To ensure product quality comply to brand\'s requirements.
Analyze problems and resolve quality issues.
To ensure customer services comply to brand\'s requirements.
Travel to different outlets and conducts routine Quality, Service, Cleanliness audits based on guidelines and requirements of brand\'s standards.
Ensure that cafe standards are being met among all aspects.
Create reports/summaries regarding QSC inspections for the current month.
Provide in house training for daily operations.
Support newly opened cafe during grand openings.
Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by superior.
