Position Title Marketing Manager Industry F&B Retail (Non-halal) Location Seri Kembangan Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f To formulate and execute the marketing strategy aligns with the company\'s development strategy and market research \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for refining and integrating company brand resources in accordance with the company\'s marketing strategy to optimize brand value \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities (online and offline) \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for company marketing planning. Develop creative and effective advertising and promotion events and do the summarizing & analyzing of the effectiveness of each promotion, and provide the effective suggestions to improve it \xe2\x97\x8f To liaise with all area managers and branch managers to ensure all promotions are run smoothly include marketing material set up \xe2\x97\x8f Analysis of daily business data, suggesting improvement strategies for operations \xe2\x97\x8f To liaise with external marketing agencies, production houses and execute marketing campaigns according to the timeline, overseeing the production process, analyzing the effectiveness of each promotion, and reporting the results to management with evidence \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the marketing budget effectively, monitor expenses, and provide timely reports on marketing ROI and performance metrics to the senior management team \xe2\x97\x8f Complete other tasks assigned by the superior and sign various reports on work Experience Needed
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the F&B industry or hospitality sector \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends in the F&B industry would be advantageous \xe2\x97\x8f Proactive, good at planning, adaptive, analytical, great sense of urgency, and have good communication skill \xe2\x97\x8f Able to communicate in Mandarin Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM9,436.10 per month Benefits:
