, our mission is to deliver delicious kambing bakar (grilled lamb) that reflects the rich culinary heritage of Malaysia, while maintaining modern standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. Currently, we are looking for a waiter to join our team.

Job Purpose:

To provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Dining Experiences :

Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience. Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations based on customer needs. Maintaining cleanliness and smooth service flow. Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.

Sales & Upselling :

Actively upsell menu items such as drinks , side dishes , set meals, etc. Promote new items,special menus, and ongoing promotion. Ensure every customer receives recommendations that can increase sales value. Achieves daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.

Teamwork & Operational Support :

Assist teammates during peak hours. Support management in implementing service standards and SOPs.

Reporting :

Reporting slow moving items and items with high upsell potential. Provide feedback to the supervisor for service and sales improvement.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage (training can be provided). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
