Job Summary:
As a F&B Service Agent at Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities include serving guests with professionalism, creating innovative beverages, and ensuring smooth operations within the Food & Beverage department.
Food & Beverage Service

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with dietary preferences or questions.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Refill water, clear plates, and attend to guest needs during service.

Operational Support

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage billing accurately.

Guest Experience

• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
• Build rapport with guests to create personalized experiences and encourage repeat visits.

Hygiene and Safety

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards as per hotel and local health regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.

Teamwork

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Support other team members during busy periods or special events.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
