Help with basic baking tasks under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas
Wash dishes, utensils and manage waste disposal properly
Receive and store deliveries (stock rotation, FIFO)
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
Follow food safety, health & safety regulations at all times
Collaborate with front-of-house and other crew member to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours
Be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
