You will be the face of our brand, ensuring excellent food quality and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for candidates who can adapt quickly, work well in a team, and bring energy to the floor.

Key Responsibilities (Service & Operations):

Guest Experience:

Greet customers with a warm demeanor, answer inquiries, and resolve any feedback professionally.

Order Management:

Take orders accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card transactions with integrity.

Food & Beverage:

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to strict recipes and quality standards.

Hygiene:

Maintain high cleanliness standards in the service area, tables, counters, and kitchen.

Teamwork:

Coordinate closely with team members to ensure smooth execution during peak hours.

Brand Ambassador:

Energetically promote our services and engage with customers from all walks of life.

Additional Responsibilities (For Team Leader / Manager / Captain):

Oversee daily opening and closing duties. Manage inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control. Lead and train the crew to maintain service standards. Handle roster planning and operational troubleshooting.

Experience:

Prior F&B experience is a plus, but training is provided for entry-level crew.

Leadership:

Proven track record in team management required for Leader/Manager roles.

Availability:

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
