Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city Centre, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a F&B Service Leader (Captain)

As a F&B Service Leader (Captain) we rely on you:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Outlet Manager.
Oversees activity of Waiters/Waitresses and ensures maximum service is extended to the guests.
Ensures smooth co-operation between the Restaurant, the Kitchen and the Stewarding.
Maintains awareness of daily outlet revenue and works to bring it in line if a negative variance.
In responsible to greet and escorts guests to their tables and taking the guests' orders.
Delivering orders to tables and taking care of assigned tables throughout service time.
Handles minor complaints and report them to the Manager or Assistant for proper action.
Always checks and ensures compliance with personal hygiene and staff grooming.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM level Education or relevant certificate.
Presentable and pleasant appearance.
Good communication ability
Good knowledge of the restaurant and food handling regulations.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Malay; additional language i.e. Mandarin / Korean / Japanese a definite advantage.
Performing a similar position for at least 1 year.
Bartending skills will be an added advantage
