Job description:
Support and supervise daily F&B operations (restaurant & banquets).
Ensure proper setup of tables, breakfast, buffets, and function rooms.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
Handle guest requests and assist in resolving service issues.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all F&B areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Assist with training, briefings, and team support when required.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as inventory, requisitions, and shift duties.
Requirements
Experience in F&B service; supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
