Requirements
Minimum education level: SPM or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin
Prior experience in the F&B industry is required
Strong understanding of F&B operational standards
Responsibilities
Supervise daily dining operations
Supervise food preparation, food storage and dining areas, ensuring that the facility remains in compliance with safety regulations and health codes.
Give full attention to the customer and also deliver consistent and efficient customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
Deal with customers directly during complaints regarding food and beverage facilities
Assist with the responsibility of running the day to day event services department within the overall policies and controls set by the Manager, ensuring brand values ??and standards are delivered and profits are achieved
Ensure effective stock rotation and maintain stock levels in line with business and company policies. This includes storage and use of equipment.
Assist with stock-taking when required.
Ensure that inventory is properly stocked at all times.
Ensure the quality of food served.
Supervise cooking procedures and ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
Effectively update all weekly checklists and inventories.
Monitor and ensure optimal cleanliness.
Prepare documents and maintain compliance with departmental standards.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels at all times
Ensure high levels of performance, behavior and appearance.
Provide high quality service to our guests, exceeding their expectations by leading by example.
