The F&B Supervisor is accountable for managing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, maintaining high service standards, and guiding the team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of food and beverage service staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
Monitor compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies.
Support the F&B Manager in planning and implementing promotions and events.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Prepare reports related to sales, staffing, and operational performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
